Scientific Program Schedule

Dr. Brett Coldiron, the 2021 Scientific Program Chair, has created a superior didactic program with many interesting and useful topics in the latest in dermatology. Click here for the complete program schedule, including assigned Product Theater and Hospitality Suite times. Industry partners are invited to attend all scientific sessions.

Covid-19 Protocols

The 2021 Annual Meeting will take place in-person in Indianapolis and social distancing and extra safety precautions will be practiced. Here are some of the ways we will ensure attendee safety:

If you are not fully vaccinated upon arrival in Indianapolis:

  • You (and your spouse, children, and guests) will be required to obtain a negative covid test prior to arriving in Indianapolis
  • You will be required to wear a mask at all times, except when eating

If you are fully vaccinated upon arrival in Indianapolis:

  • Testing is not required
  • Masks will not be required in the meeting spaces (the hotel will still require them in the public spaces)
  • Masks will not be required at outdoor events or when seated at dinners (the off-site venues will still require them indoors).

In addition:

  • Scientific and social activities will be socially distanced
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be provided
  • Banquet rooms and restrooms will be sanitized frequently

Benefactor Benefits

  • Please refer to the Benefactor Levels for benefits eligible to your company based on your contribution level.
  • Please note that there are no booths at Noah meetings, we encourage your scientific team to attend and take advantage of the numerous opportunities to interact with Noah members one-on-one.
  • If you are eligible for a bag insert, please send 100 items to the Noah offices by June 1: 8365 Keystone Xing, Ste 107, Indianapolis, IN 46240
  • Product theater spots are 30 minutes during breakfast and lunch. All food & beverage and AV is provided by the society at no additional cost to benefactors.
  • Hospitality Suite spots are 15 minutes during the morning and afternoon breaks. You are welcome to set up the room any way you like. The society will provide all food & beverage at no additional cost to benefactors; these will be the only refreshments available during the break.
