Children’s Registration

The registration fee for children 12+ years old is $150. The registration fee for children younger than 12 is $50.

Presidential Dinner & Dance tickets are an additional $50. Children under 12 do not normally attend the Presidential Dinner & Dance.

Travel Plans

Board Members: The Board of Trustees meeting will be held Wednesday, April 3, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, with a working lunch buffet beginning at 12:00 PM, so you should plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 2.

All Other Attendees: The Annual Meeting will officially start with the “Icebreaker Welcome Reception & Dinner” at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, April 3, so make your travel plans accordingly if you wish to attend this event.

Will you be staying at Noah’s host hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage

It is strongly recommended that you stay in the host hotel to fulfill Society contract commitments, ease of participation in all activities, and to take advantage of very competitive room rates.

Fee does not include club or shoe rental. Clubs are available for an additional $75/person. Shoes are available to rent on site at a limited supply.
